HOW TO ORDER?

Simply pick then fill up the order form with your valid email and contact number at https://www.sdc.com then go directly to the product section. Check your inbox for the order summary with your order number and payment instructions.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may email your request to sdc@gmail.com. However, please note that this is subject for approval and may only be approved if your order is still at the "PENDING" phase, and has not yet been processed.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been marked as "PROCESSED", we are unable to cancel it. This also means that the invoice is final and can no longer be modified

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply select your desired products and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout, fill out the order form with your valid email and contact number, and then check your email for an order summary and payment instructions.

I WANT TO EDIT THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

All orders are final upon placement, we cannot modify the quantity and/or the item on your order.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN OF SHIPPING?

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for returns. However, in the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new product to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Processing an order may take a few business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but once shipped, you will be able to track your package's estimated arrival.

WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?

Our operating hours at Divisoria, Manila are from 12:30 PM until 8:30 PM every day. On the other hand, our branch at Divisoria 999 Mall 2 ( Pasilio 2D-12 ) operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering extended hours for your convenience.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our Flagship store can be found at Divisoria 999 Mall 2 ( Pasilio 2D-12 ) Divisoria, Manila. You'll have no trouble locating us using Waze or Google Maps. Simply search for "Social District Clothing" and you'll be on your way!.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I'VE ALDREADY WORN OR WASHED?

No, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

IS CASH ON DELIVER (COD) AVAILABLE FOR ALL ORDERS?

For security reasons, COD is not available for purchases over a certain amount (e.g., PHP5,000) or for bulk orders.

THE COLOR OF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I SAW ONLINE. WHY?

Product colors can appear differently on various screens and devices. Color variations may also occur due to different lighting conditions during product photography.
